Fix SRT files that will not open

Encoding, timestamps and block structure are separate problems. Renaming a file is not format conversion.

Check encoding

Try the actual source encoding when UTF-8 fails. Keep the original bytes. Characters already replaced by question marks cannot reliably be recovered.

A standard line looks like 00:00:01,000 --> 00:00:04,200. End time must be later than start time.

The parser reports unreadable blocks instead of silently dropping them. Fix them first or explicitly accept exporting only parsed content.
