Fix subtitles that are out of sync

Determine whether the offset stays constant before shifting the whole file.
Subtitles appear too early
Use a positive offset to delay them. If they appear half a second early, apply +0.5 seconds to both start and end times.
Subtitles appear too late
Use a negative offset to advance them. If negative timestamps result, review your selection or use a smaller offset.
The offset grows over time
Frame-rate or editing differences may cause progressive drift. Adjust sections manually in the first version; automatic audio alignment is not provided.
